Charity Committee 

ZIWC supports a charity, which is selected annually. This year, the Club’s charity is Krebsliga Zug, a non-profit, charitable association that informs and helps families and individuals to cope with cancer. Its aim is to approach cancer from all sides, offering prevention and organising informational events, as well as helping directly when needed – and in many languages.

The charity offers personal help and discussion, financial support, courses, house and hospital visits, self-help groups, informational literature and advice on drafting a living will. The counselling centre is open free of charge to all residents of the canton. See www.krebsliga-zug.ch for more information.
